Hotel

The Symposium in the Sun housing block will open in conjunction with registration in late spring 2025. Contacting the hotels directly will not gaurantee the below conference room rates. Hotel reservations will be confirmed at the below rates until the deadline date or until sold out, whichever occurs first. After the deadline date, hotel rates are at the discretion of the hotels.

A one night room and tax deposit will be required for all reservations. Any reservations that are cancelled at the Hilton Clearwater Beach will be charged a one night cancellation fee equivalent to one night room and tax. To avoid this, attendees should only book the number of rooms they will need for the conference.

Parking

Valet parking service is located at the front entrance to the hotel, please see a bellman. Parking at the Hilton is very limited. Self-parking is not available and valet parking is $29 per day. View the parking map for available parking areas surrounding the Hilton Clearwater Beach.

Taxi cabs are available to take you in and around Clearwater. View the Visit St. Petersburg/Clearwater website to book a taxi. Estimated fares from the Tampa International Airport to the Hilton Clearwater Beach average $65.

Uber and Lyft

Travel with Uber or Lyft and skip the taxi lines. For Lyft rides, go to lyft.com or use the Lyft app. For Uber rides, go to uber.com or use the Uber app. Estimated fares from the Tampa International Airport to the Hilton Clearwater Beach average $21-$35.
