Hotels

To book your hotel, you must complete your conference registration and then be promoted to the hotel reservation page.

Contacting the hotels directly will not guarantee the below conference room rates. Hotel reservations will be confirmed at the below rates until October 6, 2025 or until sold out, whichever occurs first. After October 6, hotel rates are at the discretion of the hotels.

Please Note:
You must register for the conference before securing a hotel reservation in the official block. This process has been in place for several years to prevent early 'hold' booking of hotel rooms by potential attendees, this causes the block to sell out and then the section has experienced a rash of last minute cancellations which has exposed them to potential hotel contractual penalties and also kept confirmed attendees from staying at the host hotel. The reservation link and call in code for the block will be provided at the end of the registration process and in the confirmation email. 

Headquarter Hotel

Hilton Clearwater Beach 400 Mandalay Avenue Room Rate: Coming Soon A block of rooms has been secured at the Hilton Clearwater Beach and reservations must be made by the deadline date. Room rates will be guaranteed through the deadline date or when the room block sells out, whichever occurs first. A one night room and tax, non-refundable deposit will be required for all reservations. Any reservations that are cancelled at the Hilton Clearwater Beach will be charged a one night cancellation fee equivalent to one night room and tax. To avoid this, attendees should only book the number of rooms they will need for the conference.

Overflow Hotels 

Courtyard Clearwater Beach* 455 E Shore Dr Room rate: Coming soon .2 miles from Hilton  An overflow block has been secured at the Courtyard Clearwater Beach and reservations must be made by the deadline date.  Room rates will be guaranteed through the deadline date or when the room block sells out, whichever occurs first.
Winter the Dolphin's Beach Club* 655 S Gulfview Blvd Room rate: Coming Soon An overflow block has been secured at the Winter the Dolphin's Beach Club and reservations must be made by the deadline date.  Room rates will be guaranteed through the deadline date or when the room block sells out, whichever occurs first.
Hampton Inn & Suites Clearwater Beach* 635 S Gulfview Blvd Room rate: Coming Soon 1 mile from Hilton  An overflow block has been secured at the Hampton Inn & Suites Clearwater Beach and reservations must be made by the deadline date.  Room rates will be guaranteed through the deadline date or when the room block sells out, whichever occurs first.

If you receive a call or email from any company offering to make hotel reservations for you over our meeting dates, we urge you not to book with them. These companies are not affiliated with the IAFC in any way and therefore are not authorized to make reservations on our behalf. While the rates may sound good, unauthorized companies typically require nonrefundable, pre-paid reservations and often end up moving individuals to other hotels. If you book with an unauthorized company, IAFC cannot protect you if there is a problem with your reservation when you arrive in Clearwater.
